By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern all consignments booked with us.

1. General Terms

By booking a consignment with COURIERSINGH, the sender agrees to all applicable Terms & Conditions of service.

The act of handing over a shipment and receiving a Booking Number, Waybill, or Tracking Number constitutes full and binding acceptance of these Terms.

All shipments are booked subject to COURIERSINGH’s service guidelines, delivery network, and operational availability.

2. Sender Responsibility & Liability

Shipments are handed over at the sender’s own risk.

The sender must ensure proper and secure packaging to prevent damage or leakage during transit.

COURIERSINGH is not liable for any loss, damage, breakage, or delay occurring during domestic or international transit.

By shipping, the sender accepts that no claims or complaints for loss, damage, or delay will be entertained once the consignment is dispatched.

It is also the sender’s responsibility to declare the contents accurately and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Right to Inspect & Security Checks

COURIERSINGH reserves the right to inspect, open, or hold any consignment if found suspicious, unlawfully declared, or containing prohibited items.

Such consignments may be handed over to the concerned authorities without prior notice.

Any penalties, costs, or losses arising from such shipments shall be borne solely by the sender.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

COURIERSINGH does not accept consignments containing prohibited, restricted, or dangerous goods as per Indian and international shipping laws.

This includes items such as explosives, flammable materials, narcotics, perishable goods (unless specially approved), and any other items banned by law.

Any such shipment may be seized, destroyed, or handed over to authorities, and the sender shall be fully responsible for all consequences.

COURIERSINGH shall not be liable for any misdeclaration, counterfeit goods, or violations discovered after shipment.

5. International Shipments

For international consignments, all customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges at the destination must be paid by the consignee.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, international regulations, and third-party carrier delays.

COURIERSINGH will make every effort to ensure smooth delivery but cannot guarantee exact timelines due to factors beyond our control.

6. Cancellation Policy

If a shipment is booked and later cancelled by the sender, 30% of the total delivery charge will be deducted as a cancellation fee.

Once the consignment has been dispatched, no cancellation or refund will be processed under any circumstance.

7. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If a shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address, consignee unavailability, refusal to accept, or customs issues, the sender will be charged the full forward delivery cost again as RTO charges.

All undelivered or returned shipments remain the responsibility of the sender.

8. Payment Terms

All payments must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.

A 25% late fee will apply to overdue payments.

Payments can be made via Cheque, Demand Draft, or other approved methods in favour of COURIERSINGH.

COURIERSINGH reserves the right to withhold services or shipments in case of unpaid dues.

9. Delivery Timelines

All delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, customs, public holidays, or third-party carrier delays.

While COURIERSINGH strives for punctual delivery, we shall not be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.

10. Force Majeure

COURIERSINGH shall not be liable for any delay, loss, or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, wars, or system failures.

11. Discrepancies & Dispute Resolution

Any discrepancies or billing corrections must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the invoice or acknowledgment slip.

All disputes or legal matters shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

Errors & Omissions Excepted (E.&O.E.)

12. Website & Legal Notice

Users must not misuse the COURIERSINGH website or provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

All content, logos, and information available on this website are the intellectual property of COURIERSINGH and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

COURIERSINGH acts purely as a logistics and delivery service provider and is not responsible for the content, value, or legality of items shipped.

Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount charged for the consignment.

14. Acknowledgment

By booking, the sender confirms that all shipment details provided are true, accurate, and comply with applicable regulations.

Using our services constitutes acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.
