By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern all consignments booked with us.

1. General Terms

By booking a consignment with COURIERSINGH, the sender agrees to all applicable Terms & Conditions of service.
Handing over a shipment and receiving a Booking Number, Waybill Number, or Tracking Number constitutes full and binding acceptance of these Terms.
All shipments are booked subject to COURIERSINGH’s service guidelines, delivery network, and operational availability.

2. Sender Responsibility & Liability

Shipments are handed over at the sender’s own risk.
The sender must ensure proper and secure packaging to prevent damage or leakage during transit.
COURIERSINGH is not liable for any loss, damage, breakage, or delay occurring during domestic or international transit.
By shipping, the sender agrees that no claim or complaint for loss, damage, or delay will be entertained once the consignment is dispatched.
The sender is responsible for accurate declaration and compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Quotation & Billing

• Estimates are valid for 7 days and may vary based on carrier revisions, fuel surcharge, or regulatory updates.
• Billing is calculated on actual or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).
• Final billing weight will be confirmed after verification at the operations hub.
• Applicable GST, taxes, and statutory charges will be additional.

4. Prohibited & Restricted Items

COURIERSINGH does not accept prohibited, restricted, or dangerous goods as per Indian and international shipping laws. This includes explosives, flammable materials, narcotics, perishable items (unless specially approved), counterfeit goods, and items banned by law.
Acceptance is subject to COURIERSINGH’s discretion. Any such shipment may be seized, destroyed, or handed over to authorities, and all consequences shall be borne by the sender.
COURIERSINGH is not liable for misdeclaration, counterfeit goods, or violations discovered at any stage.

5. Customs & Security Inspection Policy

• Responsibility During Transit

COURIERSINGH is not liable for actions taken by customs, security, or regulatory authorities during screening, transit, or delivery.
Authorities may inspect, seize, destroy, or return shipments without notice.

• Liability for Restricted Shipments

All penalties, losses, or charges—including return or destruction—shall rest solely with the sender.
COURIERSINGH will not provide refunds or compensation for such shipments.

• Right to Inspect

COURIERSINGH may inspect any consignment that appears suspicious, misdeclared, or contains prohibited items.
Any penalties or costs arising shall be borne by the sender.

6. International Shipments

All customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges at the destination must be paid by the consignee.
Delivery timelines depend on customs clearance, regulations, and third-party carrier performance.
COURIERSINGH cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond control.

7. Cancellation Policy

If a shipment is cancelled after booking, 30% of the total delivery charge will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued once the consignment has been dispatched.

8. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

Shipments returned due to wrong address, consignee unavailability, refusal, or customs issues will incur RTO charges payable by the sender.
If duties/taxes are unpaid by the consignee, all related costs—including return freight, duties, taxes, and handling—shall be borne by the sender.
All undelivered shipments remain the sender’s responsibility.

9. Payment Terms

All payments must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
A 25% late fee applies to overdue payments, plus an additional 25% every 10 days until fully settled.
Payments must be made via approved modes in favour of COURIERSINGH.
COURIERSINGH may withhold services or shipments in case of unpaid dues.

10. Transit Protection Coverage

Transit Protection Coverage is optional and must be requested at the time of booking.
Without Transit Protection Coverage, any compensation (if applicable) will be limited strictly to the carrier’s standard liability norms.
No additional claim, indemnity, or compensation will be processed unless the shipment is covered under an approved Transit Protection Coverage policy.

11. Delivery Timelines

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, customs, operational factors, public holidays, or third-party carrier issues.
COURIERSINGH is not liable for delays caused by external factors.

12. Force Majeure

COURIERSINGH shall not be liable for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, system failures, wars, or government restrictions.

13. Discrepancies & Dispute Resolution

Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving the invoice or acknowledgment slip.
All disputes shall be subject exclusively to Delhi jurisdiction.
Errors & Omissions Excepted (E.&O.E.)

14. Website & Legal Notice

Users must not misuse the COURIERSINGH website or provide false or fraudulent information.
All content, branding, and materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Using the website constitutes acceptance of posted Terms & Conditions.

15. Limitation of Liability

COURIERSINGH acts solely as a logistics service provider.
The sender is fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and declared value of the shipment contents.
No claim, refund, or compensation shall be payable in case of loss, damage, delay, or legal action unless the shipment has an approved Transit Protection Coverage policy.

16. Acknowledgment

By booking, the sender confirms that all shipment details are true and accurate.
Use of COURIERSINGH services constitutes acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated above.
